Ten years ago today, Sherriff’s Deputy had a chestnut foal by Smart Strike.  That foal grew into a very handsome colt.

He grew into a very fast colt.

And, even though he’s still relatively new to the breeding shed, he is already the sire of the Belmont winner (and all-around amazing horse) Palace Malice.
