The weekend edition of Chicago Railbird, my column at shapperdacapper.com, is out!  Today’s piece focuses on Illinois-bred iron horse Fort Prado, whose first two-year-olds hit the track last year.  One of his three-year-olds, Prado U, is a viable longshot in today’s Springfield Stakes at Arlington, and two of his other progeny are racing on Sunday.  The article introduces both Fort Prado’s history on the track and in the breeding shed (so far), as well as provides picks and analysis for the three races in which Fort Prado’s progeny are racing this weekend at Arlington.
