The Hawthorne fall meet draws to a close this week, and Chicago Railbird is there.  Jockey Emmanuel Esquivel started the meet with a riding double on its first day, and never let up.  He enters the final week of the meet with a commanding lead in the jockey standings.  In this week’s column, I take a look at what Esquivel has done this meet, and dive into three of the races in which he rides Wednesday and Thursday.
