Chicago Railbird: 7.17.15

In this weekend’s edition of Chicago Railbird, I take a look at the one stakes race on the docket at Arlington this weekend: the Grade III Hanshin Cup.  The race is a one-turn polytrack mile for the three-and-up set.  A trio of horses stand as the class of the field.  However, between the way the race drew and the way the track has been playing this week, I also see a runner at a very long price who could spring an upset.
