Picks and Ponderings: Canadian International Day

This week, marquee races stretch out into Sunday with Woodbine’s Canadian International Day.  The card features four graded stakes races: the Canadian International (GI – CAN) for open turf routers, the E. P. Taylor (GI – CAN) for filly and mare turf routers, the Nearctic Stakes (GIII – CAN) for open turf sprinters, and the Ontario Fashion Stakes (GIII – CAN) for filly and mare polytrack sprinters.

Over at Picks and Ponderings, I take on the Canadian International and the Ontario Fashion, while Paul Mazur takes on the E. P. Taylor and the Nearctic.  Between us we look at the entire graded stakes portion of Sunday’s card at Woodbine.
