Racing gets back underway at Hawthorne on Friday.  This week, over on Chicago Railbird, I take a look at a few races on Friday and Saturday in which Victor Santiago rides.  Santiago had a solid meet last fall, but has started this meet extremely hot, and (both literally and figuratively) sprinted to the lead in the jockey standings.  He has been getting solid mounts from top trainers, and that continues this weekend.
