Picks and Ponderings:2016 Arlington Matron and Arlington Classic Preview

The Arlington stakes season continues this weekend with a pair of Grade III races, the Arlington Matron and the Arlington Classic.

I take a look at the three-year-old turf set in the Arlington Classic.  Paul Mazur, on the other hand, puts his focus on the polytrack distaffers in the Matron.  Both races drew big fields, and should be fun races to attack at the windows.
