Chicago Railbird: 5.30.16

Arlington does not typically run on Mondays, but they are racing today for the holiday.

The final race of the day is a stakes-quality allowance, sprinting over the polytrack.  It drew Shogood, who faces older despite the fact that he was nominated for a state-bred stakes.  It also features the return of Good Bye Greg — a fast horse who has been out of the starting gate for almost a year.

As both of those are speed demons, however, it makes the race ripe for an upset.

Head over to ShapperDaCapper, read the latest Chicago Railbird, and finish off the long weekend on a winning note!
