After a year’s hiatus last year, the Chicago Handicap (GIII) is back, and I preview it in the latest Chicago Railbird!

The race drew a field of ten, including some intriguing shippers.  However, the Chicago Handicap is one of the more niche stakes races out there: seven furlongs over the Arlington polytrack.  If you can get a solid price on a horse who likes seven panels on the poly, you take it, and my top selection should be exactly that.
