This Saturday’s card at Arlington features the last two stakes races of the meet: the Arlington-Washington Lassie (listed) and the Arlington-Washington Futurity (GIII)!

Both races drew competitive twelve-horse fields.  Though both races have relatively well-defined favourites, they also have large enough fields and inexperienced enough runners to make them fascinating betting races.  They’re the kinds of races in which whoever gets them right will be paid very, very well.
