Every year, WirePlayers publishes a Derby Dozen: a Kentucky Derby poll with a side of incisive, often irreverent commentary.  My Picks and Ponderings colleague Paul Mazur marks his fourth year on the panel.  This year, I have joined: thank you, Steve Munday, for having me on the panel!

Just in time for Kentucky Derby Future Wager Pool 3, the full results of this year’s first Derby Dozen poll are live on WirePlayers.  It was contentious, particularly near the top, and there was a tie for the top slot after all the votes were tallied.
